Tana Consulting is a Croatian consulting company founded in 2008th as Tana Imobilia, whose main activity was real estate business. Since 2012, it is present in the market under the current name and scope of business. We are specialized in supporting international clients in all major activities regarding a start-up or developing business.
Based on clients’ needs or requests, we create a connection with local stakeholders or companies reporting on the “doing business”, and connecting the client with local and national authorities. The service also includes checking basic information about the selected company with basic financial and operational information, such as the activity of the business performance of the target company.
We offer BTL or direct marketing services, that can improve the visibility and boost sales of your product or service within a short period of time.
The services we offer include sales promotion, event organization, sampling, in-store promotion, targeted advertising, production of POS materials, etc.
We offer outsourced services in the field of HRM, ICT management ones already mentioned. Collaboration can be based on a monthly, quarterly or annually, depending on the client’s needs.
Services include defining all necessary steps and documents that meet local legal regulations for founding a company and it’s operating company registration; Opening the company’s bank account; headquarters service and all other legal requirements.
We also assist our clients in aligning with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR) and the protection and registration of all necessary patents, trademarks or recipes designated as business secrets or require special protection.
